GP surgeries are usually the first contact if you get ill or have other medical conditions. They play a vital role looking after patients in the community.
All healthcare professionals have a duty of care to their patients and therefore have a legal obligation to safeguard patients from harm while in their care.
You as a Practice Support Officer PSO, will pay an integral role in assisting the GP surgery deliver their General Medical Council Code of Conduct and duty of care. You’ll be part of a team all working towards giving the patients the best possible experience.

All PSO’s will be training to a L2 Fire Warden Certificate
